Women's resilience to external shocks strengthened

INDICATOR(S)

  • Total number of climate and disaster-resilient infrastructure assets and/or services that benefit women and girls established or improved under (X agency's) projects.

Notes:

Climate and disaster-resilient infrastructure assets and/or services include: flood-control systems; protective embankments; seawall rehabilitation; retrofitting of buildings; risk-sensitive planning, hazard mapping, ecosystem-based management, and disaster risk financing; and other relevant assets and services as set out in the DMF and/or GAP.

“Established” refers to new services made available to women and girls under the project. “Improved” refers to those that have enhanced quality or increased access geographically, physically, or financially.

For the purpose of this indicator, those assets and services that have substantially reached at least 80% of the target in the project’s DMF and/or GAP are counted and reported.
