  • Percentage of participants reporting increased agreement with the concept that males and females should have equal access to social, economic, and political resources and opportunities

Notes

Changes in attitudes are measured via the Equal Opportunity survey administered in conjunction with training or programs in any sector which include goals or objectives related to gender equality and women’s empowerment. Projects that aim to change participants' broad attitudes about gender equality are particularly relevant.

The unit of measure will be a percentage expressed as a whole number.
Numerator = the number of participants whose survey scores have improved over time
Denominator = the total number of participants who participated in the relevant training/programming
The numerator and denominator must also be reported as disaggregates. This indicator must also be disaggregated by sex.
